Janice Roberts is currently the Economic Development Training Manager for Frito-Lay, Inc. where she is responsible for training grant initiatives throughout the US and Canada. Ms. Roberts has held this position since 2004. Ms. Roberts joined Frito-Lay in 1996, serving as California Manufacturing Department Manager. From 1995 to 1996, Ms. Roberts served as California Manufacturing Department Manager for Anheuser-Busch, Eagle Snacks. Ms. Roberts was also Operations Manufacturing Manager for Sequoia Forest Industries, located in California, where she served from 1973 to 1995. Janice Roberts earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis and OSHA Safety Certifications from the University of California, San Diego.
