ALERT: Two regulatory revisions have been approved by the Office of Administrative Law on the subject of Substantial Contributions: 1) amendment of Section 4410 and 2) repeal of Section 4410.5. Both revisions take effect July 1, 2008, and may be viewed on the OAL website through the link below.
