Small Business Program Waiver
If you are a company with 100 or fewer full-time employees and would like to participate in the Small Business Program, it is not necessary for you to complete the Online Orientation prior to applying for ETP funds. To apply directly using the ETP online system without completing the Online Orientation, please click the Waive button below to bypass the Online Orientation. Please note this bypass will allow you to immediately apply for ETP Funding however, it does not satisfy the orientation requirement.
You will be asked to register with the ETP Online System at which time a password will be sent to the provided email address. This password will allow you to Apply for Funding once you have received the password. It is recommended that someone from your company review the Online Orientation. If you have any questions after completing the orientation, please contact the ETP Economic Development Unit (EDU) at (916) 327-5262.
As part of the Small Business Program, it is possible to contact a Small Business Specialist from your nearest ETP Regional Office and complete the orientation either in-person or by telephone. It is also possible to complete the Preliminary Application directly with ETP Staff. More information is available from the Small Business Specialist specifically trained to assist small businesses using the Small Business Program. If your company has more than 100 full-time employees or you are NOT interested in the Small Business Program, you must complete the Online Orientation prior to applying for ETP funds.
