Janine Montoya

Janine Montoya is a small business owner and advocate from the Los Angeles area. Since 1988, Janine has co-owned Valley Aire Heating and Air Conditioning. In 2003 she became co-owner of Tri County Heating, Air Conditioning, and Fireplaces. From 1983-1988 Ms. Montoya helped establish a start-up company, Simi Fastening System. She is a member of the National Federation of Independent Business, National Association of Women Business Owners, National Association of Women in Construction, and the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Montoya is the recipient of honors including Top 50 Women in Business –Ventura County business Times (2007); Small Business Advocate of the Year from Cal Chamber (2006); Ventura County Woman business Owner of the Year (2006); and, Tom McClintock's Women of the Year (2004).
