Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Data Processing Manager, incumbent will perform the most complex system studies, design and analysis for the Employment Training Panel's Information Technology Unit (ITU). The ITU unit is responsible for the planning, designing, implementation and on-going support for the information technology projects and activities of the Employment Training Panel. 80% Develop, test, implement, maintain, and enhance the interfaces for ETP's Management Information System (MIS). Interfaces include ETP's online secured Internet and Intranet sites, ETP's public Internet site, and internal object oriented forms using various programming languages including but not limited to Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, SQL, HTML and Cold Fusion. Additional duties include: • Act as lead technical analyst over Associate Programmer Analyst and Programmer II in developing and maintaining ETP's MIS system. • Act as Database Administrator using SQL Server 2000 and Visual FoxPro tables. • Develop and provide complex system testing and monitoring for ETP's MIS system. • Act as lead technical analyst in providing technical support to staff and contractor community for ETP's MIS system and Internet sites. • Provide system documentation and end user training to ETP staff on the uses and functions of ETP's MIS system. 15% Technical specialist performing complex system analysis, testing, monitoring and troubleshooting on Microsoft 2003 network, Internet Servers, and supported enterprise system software.

5% Other Duties as required. 100%
