Scott Gordon

Governor Appointee

Scott Gordon is the Executive Director of the Laborers Training, Retraining and Apprenticeship Trust of Southern California. He has a long history in labor relations which began in 1987, when he joined the Carpenter's Union. After working in the field, he progressed on to positions such as Organizer, Business Agent, and eventually President of Local 803. During his tenure he has also acted in an advisory capacity for various trade organizations and participated in the collective bargaining process. His experience includes the development of a model mobile training, apprenticeship and building a training facility. Mr. Gordon and his wife of twenty years, have three children and live in Southern California.
