Due to recent budget restrictions and an unprecedented shortfall in collection of the Employment Training Tax, preliminary applications for ETP funding will not be accepted for the remainder of FY2009-10. Accordingly, access to the Registration, Orientation and Preliminary Application section of our website has been temporarily disabled. Please refer to What's New on our home page for updates on when the application process will be reopened.

If you are seeking American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds for specialized training, please review the program guidelines recently issued by ETP: CEC Program Guideline and Non-Profit Nursing Skills Training Program Guideline.
